About Me

Lyndsey originally lived in St Helens until the age of 18yrs then moved to London. She returned to St Helens in 2018 and is now living with her fiancé Michael and her son Zach (14yrs) She also has a daughter Abbie (25yrs) who still lives in London.

Lyndsey has always worked in education with children from the age of 2yrs to 16yrs.

Lyndsey began teaching belly dance 3 years ago. Dance has always been part of her life. She took tap, ballet and modern lessons as a child, and also enjoyed morris dancing.

While living in London Lyndsey decided to learn salsa, ballroom and Latin. Ballroom became a big passion of Lyndsey’s which led her into competing and winning herself a number of trophies.

She has always enjoyed belly dance classes for fun but 4 years ago it became more than a hobby , it became part of her life.

Lyndsey continues to be a student in the world of belly dance. She is passionate to work on her own growth and technique so that she can be the best teacher to her students. She is currently a student and learning about the Saidi dance.

Teaching belly dance is so much more than a career choice. She has worked hard to build a strong community of like minded women.

Lyndsey’s style of teaching is positive, motivating and inspiring. She has a way of making her students and new members feel instantly welcome with her warmth and sense of fun.
